William Fenner

Mr. Fenner, aka Bill, is a Professional Engineer licensed in North Carolina and resides in the Wilson, NC area. Bill graduated in 1983 from North Carolina State University with a BS in Civil Engineering. His varied working career includes serving in the US Army, 82nd Airborne Division as a Sgt/Demolition Specialist in a combat engineering battalion. He was also a field engineer in South America/Middle East for a French firm in the oil and gas exploration industry; as well as a project engineer for NCDOT in the roadway design and traffic engineering branches. He then became a professional engineer on the NC Outer Banks preparing plans, specifications, construction documents, and inspection services for real estate land development projects.

Since 2001 Mr. Fenner has been focused on providing wastewater treatment approaches for small flow systems (less than 1.0 MGD) in the community distributed sewer approach and on-site treatment systems for residential developments, school campuses, shopping centers, mixed use developments, breweries, restaurants, and other high strength applications throughout the southeastern United States. This knowledge has helped AquaPoint perfect their distributed wastewater system, which has been utilized by dozens of rural communities across the country.
